depending on the scope. Our goal is to understand your challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and propose a clear plan of action.
2. Custom Project Solutions: Once the discovery phase is complete, we offer a hourly-rate project fee based on the complexity and expected hours needed. This ensures a predictable cost structure, with monthly payments as the project progresses. For larger, high-impact projects, a performance-based fee model, charging 2-3% of projected and realized savings or revenue for applicable projects. The performance-based fee is structured as follows:
- 25% of Performance-Based Fee (Projected savings or revenue): Paid at the mid-point of the project, once key milestones or progress indicators have been reached that demonstrate the project is on track for success.
- 75% of Performance-Based Fee (Realized): Paid upon project completion and adjusted based on the actual savings or revenue realized 6-12 months after the project.
Our consulting services are primarily advisory in nature, guiding your organization through strategic decisions and process improvements. We also offer project oversight, ensuring that initiatives align with your goals and are executed effectively. Additional hands-on involvement can be discussed during the initial project discussions to tailor our approach to your needs.
